Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

UI Surgeon operates with a strict no-refund policy for all purchases.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in the following extraordinary circumstances:

  • Complete service unavailability for more than 4 consecutive days
  • Permanent deletion of a purchased tool

3. Refund Request Process

In the rare event of an exceptional circumstance, users must:

  • Submit a detailed refund request via email
  • Provide proof of the issue encountered
  • Await review and confirmation from UI Surgeon support

4. Subscription Termination

Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
